Supervision: The BINfluencer Trailer is designed for educational purposes and includes interactive elements such as a steering wheel, flip doors, and other features. For the safety of all participants, adult supervision is required at all times.
Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the event organizer to ensure that all participants, including children and adults, follow safety instructions provided by BINfluencer staff.
Use of Interactive Elements
Proper Use: Participants are expected to use the interactive elements of the trailer (e.g., steering wheel, flip doors) responsibly and according to instructions. Misuse of these features may result in removal from the trailer.
Damage: Any damage caused to the interactive elements or the interior of the trailer due to misuse will be the responsibility of the event organizer and/or the responsible party.
Liability Waiver
Acknowledgment: By participating in events involving the BINfluencer Trailer, you acknowledge and agree to waive any claims against BINfluencer, Millennium Recycling, or their affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the use of the trailer.
Release: You agree to release BINfluencer, Millennium Recycling, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from the use of the BINfluencer Trailer.
Property and Parking
Parking: The event organizer is responsible for ensuring that the parking area is adequate for the trailer and truck. The dimensions of the trailer are approximately 8 feet wide and 28+ feet long, with additional length for the V-nose. Ensure that the space provided can safely accommodate these dimensions.
Damage to Property: The event organizer assumes responsibility for any damage caused to property (e.g., parking lot, surrounding areas) as a result of the trailer’s parking and setup.
Media Release
Consent to Use Media: By attending the event, all participants give their consent to BINfluencer and Millennium Recycling to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the event for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels.
Opt-Out Option: If any participant does not wish to be featured in photos or videos, they must notify BINfluencer staff at the event or contact us at info@thebinfluencers.org prior to the event. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.
Indemnification
The event organizer agrees to hold harmless BINfluencer, Millennium Recycling and their affiliates and to indemnify these parties from any third-party claims, demands, or actions arising from its use of the BINfluencer Trailer.
Compliance with Regulations
Local Regulations: The event organizer agrees to comply with all local regulations and ordinances related to the use of the BINfluencer Trailer at the event location.
