In partnership with Millennium Recycling, Inc. and other supporting sponsors, we’re excited to provide recycling education to help the community reduce, reuse, recycle and rethink waste. We simplify recycling by connecting the dots—clarifying what goes in the bin and how to give waste a second life
We offer education to schools, events, and communities across the 5-county area and beyond with a mission to reduce landfill waste and build a more sustainable future.
Classroom & Group Visits
A BINfluencer representative can visit your classroom or organization to provide a fun lesson focused on recycling with a presentation (for kids & adults) and an interactive sorting game (for kids).
Ages: 4th grade and above

Recycling Facility Tours
See the Sioux Falls Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in person! Take a guided walking tour of the recycling process to better understand “why” only certain items are accepted, and learn where materials go after you put them in the bin.
Ages: 11 years and older
Cost: FREE
Time: 1.5 Hours
Mobile Education Trailer
Journey through the waste collection and recycling process. Whether you’re a student, a teacher, or a community member, our trailer is packed with fun activities that bring waste diversion concepts to life.
